Course Development Insights
The course commences by pinpointing workplace conflicts and advances into an examination of the underlying triggers. It offers a structured approach to conflict prevention, followed by a comprehensive exploration of conflict resolution strategies. Through a guided scenario, participants navigate the intricacies of conflict management. Moreover, a sorting activity presents a chance for learners to assess their comprehension by categorizing the do's and don'ts of conflict resolution.

Reflections
Having constructed only one course in Rise 360 before, I hadn't explored the scenario block until now. However, I must admit that delving into it was a pleasant surprise. The seamless flow and user-friendly interface made the experience enjoyable, resulting in a visually appealing product that I am quite pleased with. Next time, I think I would create a video for this course to help demonstrate how conflict disrupts the workplace.
